The purpose of the 天地人 framework is not to predict the future. It is to help us understand the forces shaping our lives and identify where change is possible.
At the centre of these three forces is 运. Often translated as luck, it may be more useful to understand it as momentum.
Momentum is created when Timing, Environment and Action align.

Environment
The conditions around you.
Environment is more than physical space. It includes your home, workplace, relationships, industry, social circle and information environment — everything that surrounds and influences you.

Action
The conditions of self.
Action is what turns potential into movement. It includes your decisions, habits, discipline, skills, beliefs and willingness to take the next meaningful step.
运 as Momentum
Luck is not a thing you wait for.
In the Lifegate framework, 运 is not treated as a mysterious external force. It is the momentum generated when Timing, Environment and Action interact over time.
Alignment creates potential. Action creates movement. Sustained movement becomes momentum.
